Meet Lacey
Lacey has served the Hot Springs community as a NAR member since 2004 and created The Carpenter Real Estate Team with her father, Steve Carpenter in 2005. Lacey has seen significant change and growth in Hot Springs over her lifetime and is excited about the new businesses and opportunities that Hot Springs has to offer. Especially the revitalization and rehabilitation of the downtown community.
The Carpenter Real Estate Team received recognition in 2014 & 2013 as Gold Level agents in the Award for Excellence from the Arkansas REALTORS® Association and have qualified for awards from 2015-2018. Sales have included unique lakefront properties, first time buyers, repeat customers, multiple foreclosure homes, and a boutique horse farm.
